Accountancy group, Xeinadin, has announced that Crossley & Davis, a chartered accountancy practice on the Fylde Coast, has joined its network.
Established in 1982, Crossley & Davis has grown from a local practice into a four-partner team supporting businesses across the North West and London. They specialise in audit, tax, tax planning, corporate finance and M&A, supporting a broad range of SMEs with both day-to-day accountancy work and higher-value transactions.
Crossley & Davis is known for its hands-on approach and has built its client base through long-standing relationships and referrals. Many clients have worked with the team for decades, reflecting a consistent focus on being accessible, responsive, and closely involved in the day-to-day running of their businesses.
Clients will continue to be served by the same team at Crossley & Davis. Now part of Xeinadin, the team will continue to build on that breadth of work, while gaining access to wider technical support, additional resources and more development opportunities for colleagues.
Derry Crowley, CEO at Xeinadin, commented:
“Crossley & Davis has built its reputation through consistent, hands-on work and long-standing client relationships. Their experience across a wide range of services, strengthens Xeinadin’s ability to support SMEs and businesses across the UK with joined-up advice.”
Peter Riley, Partner at Crossley & Davis, commented:
“We’ve always focused on doing the work properly and being there for clients when they need us. That’s how we’ve built long-standing relationships over the years. As our clients’ needs become more complex, having access to wider expertise allows us to support clients through those decisions, while keeping the same level of personal service and day-to-day accounting.”
As part of Xeinadin, the team will continue to support a broad base of SME clients across Blackpool, the North West and London, while gaining access to additional specialist support across tax, audit and corporate finance.
The team will remain in place, with the four partners continuing to lead client relationships. Clients will continue to work with the same people day to day, now supported by wider expertise and technical input, while maintaining the close-knit culture built over many years.
