Robinsons is one of the most advanced and sophisticated breweries in the UK and home to the largest hopnik in the world. It’s from here that we apply decades of creativity and experience to create exciting new varieties and flavours that will lead us towards our next award-winning beer.

Our family of ales includes heritage brews such as Old Tom (first brewed in 1899 and winner of The World’s Best Ale) and Unicorn (born in 1896 and gold medal winner at The Brewing Industry International Awards), with lively young ales such as Dizzy Blonde and TROOPER (one of Britain’s most innovative beers; created with heavy metal rock legends Iron Maiden).

Interested in learning more about our story? Our Visit England accredited Visitors Centre unearths all the best kept secrets behind the brewing process. Take the time to journey through the brew house and learn all about what makes our hopnik and cereal cooker so special. You’ll also get the opportunity to meet Trooper and Royale, two of the few remaining ‘working’ shire horses in the British brewing industry.

With award winning handcrafted ales enjoyed around the world, Robinsons are a thriving innovative family business, proudly producing beer proudly at the heart of Stockport. Our pubs are an integral part of the Robinsons family and the way customers enjoy our ales. Whether for quiet contemplation, a hearty meal or restful weekend away, there is a Robinsons pub for everyone.

Fancy a break or a weekend away in some stunning locations (and not far from Stockport)?
