Cheadle Royal-based firm, CN Chartered Accountants, has welcomed two new senior team members as it continues to grow in 2025, Adam Rhodes (left) and Ryan Conlon (right).
Adam Rhodes has joined the firm as Audit & Accounts Director. Adam joined CN in August 2025 with over 18 years experience in Accountancy. Prior to following his father and uncle’s footsteps with a career in accountancy, Adam worked as a football coach in the UK, USA and France.
Adam qualified as ACCA in 2013 and in his spare time he is a keen golfer – he is a member at Didsbury Golf Club and plays every week. Adam also loves spending time in St Ives, Cornwall with his family. He said of joining the team:
“I am thrilled to join the CN team and am looking forward to working with the Audit & Acconuts team and partners to ensure the high level of service continues to all clients.”
Ryan Conlon, meanwhile, has joined the firm as Tax Director.
After qualifying with a ‘Big Four’ firm, Ryan gained further experience with national and local accountancy firms as well as specialist tax practices.
Ryan is a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) and Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) and has technical expertise across private client and owner-managed business taxation including business structuring and reorganisations, inheritance planning, trusts and residence matters. He also has significant experience managing HMRC enquiries, investigations and disclosures. He added:
“It is great to be part of the CN team and take on the role of Tax Director, with the business growing and going from strength to strength, I’m glad to be joining at such an exciting time.”
