Cheadle hotel celebrates successful 2022

Cheadle hotel, Oddfellows On The Park is celebrated six years since the iconic building at the heart of Bruntwood Park was restored and adapted from office spaces to a stunning boutique hotel.

After being forced to close due to the coronavirus pandemic for 18 months, Oddfellows On The Park reopened in 2022 with more energy than ever, despite the challenges and uncertainty brought into the world in recent years. In the last year, the Cheadle hotel has adapted its strategy to how it serves its guests and appointed a new General Manager in July 2022, who has brought fresh ideas, a can-do attitude and has led the hotel to develop its team and product with growth and recover from the pandemic in mind.

2022 has been hugely positive for Oddfellows On The Park, with awards from reputable industry bodies and guests feedback, winning awards like “Best Boutique Hotel” at the International Travel Awards, as well as earning “Recognition Of Excellence” awards from the likes of TripAdvisor and Kayak, among others, making it the best in its history.

The Cheadle boutique hotel has also been recognised among the best properties within the wider Bespoke Hotels collection of 90 sites across the UK, and was this year runner up for the group’s Hotel Of The Year prize. At the same time the hotel has also achieved 15^th position on TREVPAR, a measure on how well an hotel does as a business.
