Stockport based Arc is running its fifth annual Arts and Health Week, and is inviting local businesses to take part and feel better through creativity, with free activities and resources both online and in person.
From October 1st to 12th Arc will provide free activities to promote good mental health within workspaces, including 3 of their favourite creative wellbeing activities. With short video guides, the tried and tested short activities using just pens and paper or a camera phone are ideal in team meetings or ‘creative lunch breaks’.
For Stockport businesses it is an opportunity to do something creative with their team; visit and tag #ArtsAndHealthWeek2025 or drop jo@arc-centre.org an email to share the good things you are doing!
There will also be a live, online artist-led evening session, aimed at working people and open to everyone who wants to switch off from any worries and be guided through simple, playful drawing activities, designed to help relax and de-stress.
Arc’s programme of Stockport-based free arts and health focussed events will include socials, exhibitions, takeovers, creative workshops and programme showcases! Visit the Stockport tab on the webpage to see and book those and the live online event.
This project is part-funded by the UK Government.
