Stok momentum gathers pace with largest letting to date

Tandem Investments has let part of the top floor at their STOK scheme in Stockport to OCU Group in a deal where the tenant will take 84 desks in fully fitted office of 6,372 sq ft.

OCU Group is leading the way in utilities and energy transition contracting. With their fast-paced growth in recent months their team was looking for additional office space in the Stockport area to support their existing HQ capacity in the town.

“We are thrilled to agree this letting which from first viewing to completion took less than a month, demonstrating that occupiers are willing to commit to space that provides a quality fit out and working environment. Over the last three months lettings have been completed with a variety of occupiers including Biffa, Starbucks, Toxic Fox, Oak Construction and Totally Stockport.”

Of the 470 desks that were speculatively developed as part of the Grade A plus refurbishment last year 224 have now been let, with a further 36 under offer.
