Equity Housing, based in Cheadle Hulme, Stockport have been shortlisted at the First Time Buyer Awards.
They have been nominated for their developments at 137 Church Lane and for the Royal Oak Brewery in Stockport. in the categories for best small development and innovative redevelopment categories.
The winners are decided via an online poll.
