Stockport Homes has retained its Customer Service Excellence (CSE) accreditation, and achieved its strongest result yet after being first accredited in 2007.
The CSE Standard is an independent validation awarded to organisations that consistently demonstrate customer-focused practices, continuous improvement, and sector-leading performance.
The CSE assessor recognised the housing provider’s dedication to providing an exceptional customer experience, praising the professionalism of colleagues, insights gained from customer focus groups, and the significant progress made over the last 12 months.
As part of the assessment, three significant projects were also highlighted: Finding Our Silences, ASB Complainant Support, and Keeping Our Customers Safe Learning Pathway.
Compliance Plus scores are only awarded when an organisation exceeds the requirements of the Standard and demonstrates exceptional or sector leading practice.
Stockport Homes achieved 14 Compliance Plus scores in its 2024 and its recent assessment published in December 2025 has meant a further four Compliance Plus scores have been added, achieving a new record and positioning the group as a leader in customer service excellence.
Steve Partridge, Chair of Stockport Homes Board, commented:
“This achievement reflects the hard work and dedication of our staff and the invaluable feedback from our customers. Securing our best ever CSE result with four new Compliance Plus recognitions shows how committed we are to continually improving. We are extremely proud of this success and excited to keep building on it in the year ahead.”
