
Stockport utilities group, OCU, has announced the acquisition of an independent electrical engineering specialist based in Cumbria, Athena PTS.
The deal, for an undisclosed sum, is the latest in a series of acquisitions for the Greek Street-headquartered firm.
The move further strengthens OCU Group’s presence in the energy transformation market, adding Athena’s expertise in power systems engineering, early-stage technical consultancy and grid infrastructure deliver to the business.
The acquisition of Athena PTS brings together?shared values of technical excellence, safety and client-centred delivery and enhances OCU Group’s position in meeting growing demand for advanced electrical infrastructure capabilities across the UK’s renewable and utilities sectors.
