Business leaders, entrepreneurs and members of the local community gathered at the iconic Royal Nawaab Pyramid on 8 October to celebrate the Stockport Business Awards 2026.
The celebration eventing saw this year’s winners revealed and recognised for their outstanding achievements, innovation and contribution to business excellence across the borough.
Founded and organised by CN Chartered Accountants, the Stockport Business Awards have become one of the region’s most prestigious celebrations of business success, bringing together organisations of all sizes to showcase the strength, diversity and ambition of the local business community.
More than 300 guests attended the golden awards evening, which celebrated businesses making a significant contribution to Stockport’s economy, communities and future growth. The evening featured networking, entertainment and presentations from award sponsors.
The event also raised more than £6,000 for local charity Signpost for Carers through a charity raffle held on the night. The impressive collection of raffle prizes was generously donated by businesses and members of the local community, demonstrating the incredible support that exists across Stockport’s business network. The funds raised will help Signpost for Carers continue its vital work supporting unpaid carers of all ages throughout the borough.
