Stockport Business Expo: Organisers Plan Biggest Ever Business to Business Event in Stockport

The organisers of the upcoming Stockport Business Expo are on target to deliver the biggest Business to Business event in Stockport for 2012. Taking place at Edgeley Park Football Stadium on the 22^nd November 2012 from 10.00am to 4.00pm, the event looks set to now become a yearly show.

The Stockport Business Expo is owned and managed by local conference and events company, innov8 Conference Services, who were confident that a large Stockport Business to Business event would be a hit.

“We’ve had delegates registering for the event constantly since June, which just goes to show that there is such a desire for events like this in Stockport,” explains James Caldwell the show manager. “We are so confident of the success of this year’s event we have already confirmed dates for the 2013 Expo.”

The Stockport Business Expo will reward attendees who meet at least 30 exhibitors on the day, with opportunities to win a range of prizes. The show organisers confirmed the top prize will be a 2 metre by 2 metre Exhibition stand at the 2013 Stockport Business Expo.

Councillor Iain Roberts, Executive Member for Economic Development and Regeneration at Stockport Council, said: “We are pleased to have a stand at the Stockport Business Expo so we can discuss Stockport Council’s proactive approach to engaging with businesses and investors. With millions of pounds of investment into regeneration projects, a host of exciting business initiatives and numerous inward investment successes over recent months, Stockport has reconfirmed its position as a thriving business centre.”

The Stockport Business Expo will include over 50 different exhibiting companies promoting a wide range of services to local businesses. Over 200 visitors are expected to the one day event, and will be given the opportunity to see first class seminars from leading business experts such as Andy Preston and Matthew Goldsbrough for free.
