Stockport based BTP Architects has announced four new colleagues have joined the firm: architectural technicians, Ethan Tayler and Liam Jones; and architectural assistants, Rayyan Amjad and Oliver Martin.
Liam Jones has previously worked at an architectural practice in Lymm for two years and has experience working on both new build and conversion projects. A graduate in Architectural Design & Technology from the University of Salford, he has been working on a variety of social housing schemes at BTP.
Ethan Tayler is a recent graduate from Liverpool John Moores University where he developed a keen interest in biophilic design – architecture that incorporates natural components, such as plants, into buildings. He is passionate about creating high-quality, sustainable architecture that responds to the environment.
Liam and Ethan are joined by Rayyan Amjad who started with BTP in October 2022 after completing his Master of Architecture from the University of Manchester.
Oliver Martin also joined the Stockport Architects in October 2022 shortly after completing his MA at Liverpool John Moores University. Since joining BTP he has worked on a variety of social housing projects and site surveys, developing his skills and industry knowledge.
Vicky Saunders, Managing Director at BTP, said:
“It’s a pleasure to welcome Ethan, Liam, Rayyan and Oliver to the team. Collectively they bring with them a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm, so I look forward to seeing the new perspectives they bring to our projects”.
Based in Heaton Mersey, BTP Architects works across the social housing, commercial and education sectors.
