North-West law firm, SAS Daniels, has expanded its Stockport office with the appointment of conveyancer Saba Perwaiz, as part of a series of appointments as it continues to invest in strengthening its personal, client-focused offering across its four offices in Cheshire and Greater Manchester.
Saba further strengthens the firm’s well-established residential property team in Stockport, contributing her expertise in conveyancing matters and client care.
The firm has welcomed seven new team members to its residential property, wills, trusts & probate, and family law departments across the business; an expansion that reflects sustained client demand and the firm’s commitment to delivering a high-quality, accessible legal service at every stage of life.
Enhancing its well-established residential property team, SAS Daniels has made five key appointments across its network. Alongside Saba, James Worsley joins as a conveyancer in the Congleton office, bringing valuable experience in managing a wide range of residential transactions and supporting clients through the home-moving process with clarity and efficiency.
In Chester, conveyancer Jessica Griffiths and senior conveyancing assistant Andrew Keeley have already made an impact on the team, supporting clients and ensuring transactions progress smoothly. Meanwhile, Lily Tunstead joins the Macclesfield office as a conveyancing assistant, enhancing the firm’s capacity to deliver a responsive and efficient service to clients in a busy property market.
The firm has also expanded its private client offering with the appointment of Georgia Cliffe as a wills, trusts and probate solicitor, based in Congleton. Her arrival reinforces SAS Daniels’ ability to provide tailored advice on planning for the future and protecting assets, supporting individuals and families with sensitivity and expertise.
Further strengthening its specialised family legal services offering, Holly Skelton has joined the Chester office as a family associate solicitor. Holly will advise clients on a broad range of legal issues including divorce, separation, matrimonial finances, child arrangements, pre- and post-nuptial agreements and co-habitation agreements, offering pragmatic and compassionate guidance during what can often be complex and emotionally challenging circumstances.
Justine Clowes, managing partner at SAS Daniels, commented:
“These appointments underline SAS Daniels’ ongoing growth strategy and commitment to investing in talented professionals who share the firm’s ethos of delivering clear, practical advice with a personal touch. By bolstering our teams across multiple disciplines and locations, the firm is well positioned to meet increasing demand while maintaining the high standards of service our clients expect.”
Furthermore, SAS Daniels has recently undergone significant management team changes, with business owner and joint head of the Macclesfield office, Justine Clowes, appointed managing partner and Nigel Read, business owner, head of property and joint head of the Macclesfield office, becoming senior partner. Further strengthening the firm’s long-term strategy, three long-standing senior team members and partners have also been promoted to equity partner: Helen Kelly, head of private client and joint head of the Stockport office; Steven Percy, head of commercial property; and Paul Tyrer, joint head of the Congleton office, who also takes on the role of head of corporate.
