
This November, the Proper Good Pop-Up Shop is coming to the Pop-Up Space in Stockport town centre’s Merseyway Shopping Centre.
Running from 18th to 23rd November, the shop will showcase a vibrant mix of local social enterprises, offering unique products including arts and crafts, gifts, plants, and more, just in time for the festive season.
This is a chance to spend with purpose. Every purchase made at the Proper Good Pop-Up Shop goes towards supporting Stockport residents, with money reinvested into community wellbeing, local jobs and greener neighbourhoods.
Jo McGrath, CEO of Sector 3, organisers of the Proper Good Pop-Up Shop explained,
“We’re thrilled to be taking over the Pop-Up space in Merseyway Shopping Centre as part of our celebrations for National Social Enterprise Day [20th November]. This central location offers a fantastic opportunity to highlight both the innovation and impact of our local social enterprises, to a diverse audience. Not only will the shop help generate vital income for Social Enterprises, but it will also raise awareness of the meaningful work these organisations do within our community and how you can shop and give back at the same time.”
Visitors can explore a curated selection of products from local social enterprises, perfect for purpose-filled Christmas gift shopping. Alongside retail, the shop will host events, including:
