Peak Answers Ltd exceeds £1m in first year

Formed in August 2011, the Stockport-based telephone data collection agency Peak Answers has generated sales of over £1m before its first anniversary.

Commenting on the achievement, Dave Laybourne (Managing Director) said “We’ve clearly had a fantastic first year, with sales exceeding all expectations.  As is always the case in the market research world, past client relationships have helped to contribute to our success, but it is particularly gratifying that we have built up a significant amount of business with new clients.  We attribute our success to sticking to the ‘old fashioned’ values of providing quality fieldwork at a realistic price, supported by great customer service.  Over the last few months we have also moved to new premises and invested in an updated telephone system and communications infrastructure, so we are well positioned for continued success as we enter our second year.”
