Placemaker and development partner on a number of major regeneration schemes in Stockport town centre, Muse, has announced the appointment of Tom Darby as Development Director within its North West team.
Tom (pictured) joins Muse after 10 years at Bruntwood where he has helped deliver several transformational commercial and Research & Development opportunities across the UK including Glasshouse at Alderley Park and Begbroke Science Park in Oxfordshire.
Drawing on his experience, Tom will support the £100 million Prestwich Village masterplan in as well as the Innovation Zone in Salford, which is pivotal to the wider £2.5 billion, 252-acre Crescent Salford masterplan. Crescent Salford is being brought forward by ECF – the placemaking partnership between Muse, Legal & General, and Homes England that is also behind the Stockport 8 development, together with Salford City Council and University of Salford.
