“Matt’s experience delivering transformative projects across the North West will be invaluable as we progress our regeneration plans in St Helens and across the region. He will play a key role to ensure we deliver community focused new places of which the community can genuinely be proud.
“Adam will then be crucial in helping us deliver on our end-to-end ambitions as a place maker, ensuring that high quality standards are maintained to the conclusion of a project and that people receive quality aftercare as they move into their new homes.”
