Merseyway Innovation Centre hosts events to grow your business

June 2025 sees two seminars come to the Merseyway Innovation Centre to support local businessess to grow and address challenges they face.

On Wednesday 4th June the Reboot Your Business Model event invites startups, small businesses, or social ventures to give their business a refresh. The interactive 90-minute seminar will guide attendees through the process of mapping business models using Lean Canvas, test assumptions about their practices and help them find new value for customers.

The following week, on Wednesday 11th June, Stockport businesses are invited to Think Like an Innovator. The Merseyway Innovation Centre’s Innovation Director, Naomi Timperley, will lead a 2-hour session where you’ll learn to think outside the box and unleash your creativity and problem-solving skills. The seminar will offer a crash course in design thinking, a customer journey mapping activity and innovation challenge to help participants identify and address real business problems they face.
