
Mercedes-Benz dealership group, LSH Auto, has established a new six-strong Service24 team to provide round-the-clock emergency support for van customers.
Working from LSH Auto’s van maintenance and repair services at the Stockport, Macclesfield and Erdington dealerships, the team will provide support for customers for Sprinter, Vito and Citan vans and X-class pick-ups across the North-west and Midlands.
Kelly Mitchell, Service 24h Controller, said:
Working from comprehensively equipped and stocked Sprinter vans based at our dealerships in Macclesfield, Stockport and Erdington, our highly-trained, rapid-response technicians are on standby 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to support operators requiring roadside assistance.”
Mercedes-Benz Vans’ industry-leading MobiloVan service is free of charge to those whose vehicles are still covered by their three-year, unlimited mileage manufacturer’s warranty, and thereafter, provided the last service was by an official Dealer. Expert technicians who fit only genuine parts fix 80% of breakdowns at the roadside before sending drivers on their way.
