Stockport based family business, JCM Business Solutions, has announced an important leadership transition as Chris Moran, founder and long-standing Managing Director, steps into a new role as Chairman.
Succeeding Chris (left) as Managing Director is his eldest daughter, Sara Moran (right), who partners with younger sister, Marketing Director, Elle Moran (centre), to lead the business into its new era.
Since establishing JCM in 2010, Chris has led the business through significant growth, building a close-knit team and a strong reputation for excellence. Reflecting on this milestone, Chris said:
“Creating and leading the team at JCM has been the highlight of the last 15 years. I’m delighted to be able to pass on the reins to such a well-balanced, professional and caring team. The next 20 years are going to be even better!”
On stepping into her father’s shoes, incoming Managing Director, Sara Moran, shared:
“I remember as a little girl standing on Dad’s shoes as he walked me around like a robot. Those are big shoes to fill now, but I’m so proud to continue the incredible work he’s done to create such a wonderful business.”
To further strengthen its leadership team, JCM also announces the appointment of Lucy Rennie as Non-Executive Director. Having worked alongside JCM for nearly a decade, Lucy brings extensive strategic and communications experience to the board. She said:
“Being formally appointed Non-Exec Director is a real honour. It’s been a joy to see JCM evolve and grow, and I’m excited to support the team as they enter this next chapter.”
With these changes, JCM reaffirms its commitment to its people, its clients, and its long-term future.
