Stockport businesses are invited to join a half-day workshop to help turn their inclusion strategies into practical action.
This Equal Futures session is designed to help business owners, leaders and managers move from good intentions to focused, achievable action, through a highly practical workshop led by Workplace Inclusion Architect and founder of Mildon, Toby Mildon.
The Inclusive Growth Planning Sprint Workshop supports attendees to move from inclusion strategy to practical action. You’ll explore what works in real workplaces, what often gets in the way, and where the key opportunities are for 2026.
Using a simple 12-week inclusive growth planning approach, you’ll identify priorities, create momentum, and leave with actions you can take back to your organisation.
The session includes time for reflection and peer discussion, allowing you to learn from other employers and build confidence for the year ahead. By attending, you’ll gain:
- A clearer view of what inclusive growth looks like in practice — and how it supports performance and mission
- A shortlist of realistic actions you can take in the next 12 weeks
- A simple way to translate inclusion goals into three focused workstreams, quick wins and basic measures of progress
- A better understanding of common blockers — and how to tackle them
- Practical insight from peers through table discussions
- Increased confidence to talk about inclusion in a way that feels safe, doable and constructive for senior leaders
Why attend now?
Many inclusion strategies fail because they become too broad, too long-term, or too difficult to deliver. People leaders are often expected to drive progress without enough clarity, time or support. This session will help you:
- Convert strategy into practical steps
- Create momentum without overwhelm
- Learn from others facing similar challenges
- Start 2026 with focus, optimism and commitment to change
Who should attend?
This session is suitable for:
- HR professionals – managers, coordinators, assistants and administrators (great CPD opportunity)
- Business owners and directors looking to embed inclusion within their wider 2026 strategy
- Line managers wanting practical tools for fostering inclusive teams
- Independent consultants and EDI professionals keen to learn, connect and share ideas
The workshop will take place at One+All’s offices on Crossley Road, Stockport from 9.30am on January 29th.
