Stockport design agency, Future Design have delivered the branding for Glenbrook’s commercial property development STOK, in Stockport Town Centre and launched the new website for the scheme.
STOK is a new commercial development by Glenbrook which will provide a large, modern office space to the centre of Stockport, repurposing the former Marks and Spencer building which was formally unveiled in March 2020.
Future were tasked with creating a new contemporary name, identity, positioning, brochure, site hoardings, website development and social media content for STOK to help promote the opportunity to prospective new tenants as a truly viable alternative to Manchester City Centre.
Future represented key attributes such as connectivity, location, amenities, workforce and specification through a range of symbols, which then took on a more playful role throughout the STOK website, print and digital communications.
Developers, Glenbrook, commented:
Future took our brief by the scruff of the neck and have come up with a brand and marketing collateral that exceeded our expectations in a timely and efficient manner.”
STOK will add up 64,000 sq ft of high-quality commercial space to Stockport Town Centre; interior fit out work is due to start in July 2020.
