Steve Downes, Co-founder of North West agency Paver Downes in 1997 has joined the Fresh Group in Cheadle to lead its digital operations.
In 2008, he set up social media agency Juice Digital – no relation whatsoever to Hazel Grove based Juiced Orange Marketing – which was amalgamated into Manchester-based Tangerine PR.
