Create the business you want people to talk about at JCM Business Solutions workshop

JCM Business Solutions is inviting small businesses in Stockport to attend a free workshop focused on strengthening customer relations.

The Creating the business you want people to talk about workshop will take place at Profolk on Wednesday 26th March from 9am to 1pm. The session follows JCM’s “Business First, Software Later” approach, which focuses first on understanding your unique business challenges before recommending software solutions that drive growth and efficiency.

In the first half of the workshop, attendees will be guided through an exploration of their business’ values and how they show up in day-to-day operations. The workshop will also help map out an ideal customer journey and highlight where customer experience is now compared to where it is wanted to be.

The second half of the session is all about software. As cloud software experts and Zoho Premium Partners, the JCM team will show attendees how they can leverage some simple tips and tricks to elevate your customer experience. JCM will look at how CRM software like Zoho can do the hard work for small business owners and save time and money, without compromising on making sure customers feel up-to-date and looked after.
