C&C Insurance Brokers has announced the Stockport firm has renewed its partnership with Surrey Cricket until the end of the 2025 season.
The partnership has been enhanced from that of last season, with C&C becoming the Men’s T20 Trouser sponsor, in addition to maintaining a continued presence on tier 2 and boundary advertising at the Kia Oval. Advertisements will also feature across digital screens and through online marketing channels.
In addition to domestic fixtures in the County Championship, the venue – one of the most famous and recognisable cricket stadiums in the world – will also host the final Test match between England and India, starting on July 31st.
C&C is now a significant player in supporting County Cricket in general. The insurance brokers already have long-standing partnerships with Lancashire and Yorkshire Cricket Clubs and will once again be the sole sponsor of the County Championship Golf Day, which sees all 18 clubs compete for silverware of a different kind.
Malcolm Cooke, MD of C&C Insurance Brokers, said:
“We’re incredibly excited to renew our partnership with Surrey Cricket, to now be the Trouser sponsor and to once again have our name so prominently displayed at The Kia Oval – a legendary cricketing venue. We both set a high bar in terms of performance, but also understand that relationships are about making the partnership work for both sides. And working with the commercial team at Surrey is a real pleasure! We’re looking forward to continuing and developing this mutually beneficial relationship further still.”
Adrian Wells, Commercial and Marketing Director at Surrey CCC, said:
“We’re thrilled that our partnership with C&C Insurance Brokers is going from strength to strength, and we look forward to seeing their logo sit proudly on our playing kit as they expand their partnership with the Club. “C&C Insurance Brokers have been a great partner to work with over the last year, and we’re looking forward to collaborating with them at the Kia Oval for what should be another successful year.”
The renewed partnership with Surrey further cements C&C’s commitment to growing its presence across the southern regions, following the opening of the Bristol office last year and recently taking on Harry Russell to lead on business development within the London area.
