C&C Insurance Brokers have announced a brand-new collaboration with MAN Financial Services UK, who have chosen the Stockport firm as their recommended customer insurance provider.
MAN FS is part of Traton Financial Services, which provides tailored funding solutions to support customers of the leading haulage vehicle manufacturer, MAN.
MAN Financial Services selected C&C because of the business’ specialist knowledge of the haulage and logistics sector, their consistently high level of service, and industry-shattering stats in client retention (97.7%) Just as importantly, the two businesses share a common outlook on the industry and a commitment to tackling its challenges with fresh, practical solutions that create real value for operators.
As part of this agreement, C&C have already hosted an insurer roundtable focused on the challenges surrounding battery electric vehicles (BEVs). Attended by some of the industry’s leading motor insurers, the event was a resounding success and the first in a new series designed to bring together expertise, spark collaboration, and drive positive change across the sector.
Gareth Carr, Head of Sales and Marketing at MAN FinancialServices UK, said:
“Working in conjunction with C&C is like a breath of fresh air. They are collaborative, keen to provide the right solution and offer exceptional customer service. This ensures clear benefits not only for MAN FS, but for our customers as well.
“But this is about more than a recommendation from MAN FS. Together – MAN, MAN FS, C&C and leading industry insurers – we are proactively addressing the very real, here and now insurance challenges faced by the sector; and we’re proud to be contributing to the solutions.”
Tom O’Connell, Director at C&C Leeds, said:
“It’s a real privilege for C&C to be collaborating with MAN FS. We’ve been in step together for many years, but our relationship has now entered a new phase. Not only can C&C offer their customers the protection they deserve, but together, we’re the tip of the spear when it comes to tackling the challenges and realities of insuring the next generation of BEVs. We’re incredibly excited about the opportunities this agreement presents and look forward to building something truly valuable with MAN, MAN FS and their customers.”
