Stockport celebrated its best makers and creators at the annual Made In Stockport Awards, which this year took place at the Alma Lodge Hotel, hosted by radio presenter Chelsea Norris.
This year’s awards saw more than 500 businesses nominated, with more than 3,000 votes cast for the finalists in each category to decide the winners, with Bauhaus Blinds and Shutters taking home the overall Business of the Year title.
The awards were first launched in 2021 by Aqua Design Group to support Stockport’s creative sector in recovering from the Covid-19 pandemic and have grown each year, thanks to the support of sponsors including this year’s principal sponsor, Rise Homes.
