Web Vitality is looking forward to a strong 2016 having acquired the fixed assets of Manchester digital agency Redstar.
The Stockport digital services agency is hoping to double its revenues to £500,000 this year.
Managing director Mark Farrell said: “This is an excellent acquisition for Web Vitality and one that will allow the company to double its revenue to over £500,000 in 2016.”
Launched in 2008, Web Vitality originally provided digital marketing and web design services to small to medium-sized businesses.
The company is hoping to build on its success by broadening the scope of services delivered.
Having acquired many of Redstar’s clients the company has successfully integrated them into the business and has completed all unfinished web projects on time and on budget.
Web Vitality now offers, in addition to its digital services, multi-channel integration services for eBay and Amazon and owns the intellectual property rights for eBay widgets and technology.
The company has also appointed an eBay Integration Architect James Newbert-Breen, who will help grow the multi-channel side of the business.
