Stockport accountants Hallidays have promoted two of its Client Managers to director positions.
Paul Richards and Tracey Hemingway join a team of 8 directors, 6 of whom are home trained, as part of Hallidays succession planning.
Tracey joined Hallidays in 2008 and has been instrumental in determining their strategy for the development of their growing academy sector. Working closely with their not-for-profit sector and commercial clients, Tracey’s passion supports her clients to achieve their goals. Her strategic development, goal setting, cash flow modelling and forecasting skills puts her in a great position to guide and lead her team.

Paul Richards joined Hallidays in 2002 as trainee. With a keen eye for detail, Paul has extensive knowledge of working with SME’s and owner managed businesses and is excellent at spotting opportunities that will benefit an organisation.
He works closely with business owners from the legal sector to help grow their professional and personal wealth. Using Hallidays Business One Page Plan – BOPP – Paul ensures his clients focus on what drives their business, building thriving relationship with clients and team members.
