Twitter for Stockport Christmas 

As part of Stockport Council’s Christmas campaign, it is keen to get everyone – businesses, market traders, residents and visitors alike – involved in promoting Stockport as the place to be this Christmas. Our collective voice will be more powerful than each individual.

 Like you, the Council wants to get people talking about Stockport and a good way to do this is through social media. The Council has started using the hashtag #SKChristmas on Twitter and would like to encourage everyone, when talking about Christmas in Stockport, to do the same. This will make sure that all of the positive stories about the borough are collated in one place, so people can easily find out more about what’s happening in their area.
