Cheadle-based specialist property lender, Together, has announced plans for a £300 million bond issuance.
The Second Lien Secured Notes, due in 2032, will be issued through Together subsidiary, Jerrold FinCo plc, with proceeds to be used to redeem notes due in 2027.
The bond issuance follows the pricing of a £528 million residential mortgage backed securitisation facility by Together in March 2026, its first such deal of the year, as the group continues to strengthen its funding structure.
The announcement comes alongside the release of preliminary results for the quarter ended 31st March 2026, which show the financial services group’s strong performance has continued in line with recent trends.
Average month loan originations rose to £309.9 million, bringing total lending for the quarter £27.8 million higher than in the last three months of 2025. Credit performance continues to be resilient, with a continued trend of stable to reducing arrears levels, supported by prudent underwriting standards and conservative loan to value metrics, while impairment provisioning reflects the prevailing economic environment.
