BiG Storage, the North West leading self-storage operator, and AIB have executed an £11 million five year refinance deal.
Big Storage was advised on its restructure by Stockport’s SAS Daniels and Manchester law firm Kuits Solicitors advised AIB on the £11 million banking restructure of the North West industrial property portfolio.
A team led by George MacMillan, Liz Winter and Jan Winstanley from Kuits advised AIB on the portfolio of storage properties in Chester, Warrington, Wilmslow, Macclesfield and Lancaster held by the self-storage firm BiG Storage.
