Three Sixty, a construction and property management company within Stockport Homes Group, has secured new work with Rochdale Council to complete fire safety upgrades in primary schools across the borough.
The business win with Rochdale Council helps cement Three Sixty’s ambitions to secure further work with the education sector, with the firm having recently completed schools projects in Stockport. Stockport Homes Group’s construction arm has also become a member of the School Supplies Service to help achieve this aim.
Three Sixty also plans to expand its work on construction for fire safety projects after Stockport Homes Group recently won an award for its fire safety awareness campaign. This award was delivered by Inside Housing and it proves the Group’s dedication to providing safe places to live for everyone.
Three Sixty is a limited company that is part of Stockport Homes Group, but in its own right it is a multi-million pound construction and property management company. The firm donates half of its profits to social causes across Greater Manchester.
Three Sixty has also recently obtained its own fire safety accreditations, the company is a member of the BM TRADA Q-Mark Fire Door Installation scheme which has been designed to provide reassurance to specifiers, contractors and end users that the product they have chosen has been installed correctly and that it should perform as intended.
David Wright, Chair of Three Sixty’s Board said:
We are glad that Stockport residents have reacted positively to the Group’s campaign and to Three Sixty’s work with FRAS doors in the borough, which has been on going for 2 years. As an expert in fire safety and educational construction works, we are pleased Three Sixty has won new work for Rochdale Council and we have plans to continue our work in this sector throughout 2021.”
