Stockport employers invited to showcase opportunities at city-region Recruitment Roadshow

Stockport employers are being urged to share their careers opportunities with jobseekers at the Way to Work Recruitment Roadshow at the end of March.

The recruitment event offers employers from across Greater Manchester the chance to showcase live vacancies and connect with committed candidates from the region. The event is free for businesses and jobseekers alike to attend, and recruitment experts on hand will be able of offer support for organisations in shaping their future workforce.

Organised by the Department for Work and Pensions, the Way to Work Recruitment Roadshow takes place on 31^st March between 11am and 2pm at Manchester Job Centre, 58 Mosley Street, Manchester, M2 3HZ. The recruitment events hopes to be a powerful way to for businesses to showcase job opportunities and attract top talent.

Way to Work is a new partnership between government and employers to get 500,000 jobseekers into work by the end of June 2022.This partnership will help fill record numbers of vacancies, supporting job-ready people into the labour market and helping them progress into a career.
