Stockport digital media company reveals unique way to celebrate local heroes

Stockport’s Crystal Clear Media Group has revealed a unique way to shine a light on local heroes: by using their digital roadside screens.

In the first campaign of its kind, the digital media specialists are dedicating screen time to celebrate the fantastic, selfless heroes who transform the lives of so many people in Stockport.

In a heartwarming gesture, the first local hero to feature is Stockport’s Mama Flo.

Known for her kindness, generosity, and tireless efforts to support the homeless by providing food and nutritional meals, Florence “Mama Flo” Coke was honoured as the first ‘Local Hero’ in Crystal Clear Media’s new initiative.

Celebrating her dedication to the community in a very public way, her larger-than-life image now graces a 6×3 metre digital screen on Stockport’s A6 at Great Moor, a tribute visible to countless people each day.

A new member to Marketing Stockport, Crystal Clear Media’s Local Heroes initiative is a project designed to recognise and celebrate the selfless contributions of individuals making a real difference in Stockport. By featuring local heroes like Mama Flo on digital roadside displays, Crystal Clear Media aims to bring public appreciation to those whose charitable work has made a significant impact on the community.

For Mama Flo, who was both surprised and touched by the gesture, the recognition is a humbling experience:

“I am deeply honoured to be recognised in this way. I simply do what I can to help others. The community has given me so much, and I strive to give back every day.”
