Stockport County is set to bring World Cup action to Edgeley Park this summer with the launch of Stockport’s biggest World Cup Fan Zone.
The fan zone will give supporters the opportunity to watch every England group-stage fixture in a large-scale live event setting.
Taking place outdoors in The County Courtyard at Edgeley Park, the Fan Zone will feature 12 big screens, live entertainment, themed food and multiple bars, creating a dedicated venue for supporters in Stockport to come together throughout England’s World Cup campaign.
Open from 6pm until midnight for every group-stage fixture, the event will combine football, food and music in a matchday atmosphere at the home of football in Stockport.
Supporters attending can enjoy:
- 12 big screens showing every moment live
- American, Canadian and Mexican-inspired street food
- Multiple bars serving Cruzcampo, Heineken, Strongbow Dark Fruit, Popside Pale Ale, Heineken Zero, soft drinks and more
- A live singer performing World Cup anthems ahead of kick-off
- Blankets available throughout the evening
Tickets are available now for £5 per fixture from the Stockport County website.
Fixture Schedule
- Wednesday 17th June – England vs Croatia (9pm kick-off)
- Tuesday 23rd June – England vs Ghana (9pm kick-off)
