Stockport County Community Trust announces return of annual charity Golf Day

Stockport County is proud to announce the return of its Charity Golf Day, in support of Stockport County Community Trust, proudly sponsored by MTX. 

The event will take place at Hazel Grove Golf Club, Stockport, SK7 6LU on Thursday 1st October 2026, promising a fantastic day of sport, networking and fundraising. 

Participants will enjoy a full day of activities, beginning with an 18-hole round of golf with a shotgun start, alongside a range of exciting competitions. Golfers will have the chance to test their skills with Beat the Pro, Longest Drive, and Nearest the Pin challenges.  

The experience includes refreshments on arrival, halfway house refreshments during the round, and a two-course evening meal to round off the day in style. There will also be prizes for the winning teams, alongside a raffle and auction, all in support of the Community Trust.  

Stockport County Community Trust’s Golf Day runs from 9:30am through to 8:00pm, and entry is priced at £500 per team of four.
