Stockport College unveils new leadership and management offer

Trafford and Stockport College Group (TSCG) has unveiled its leadership and management courses on offer in Stockport.

Strong leadership is the foundation of any thriving organisation and so TSCG has developed a range of comprehensive programs tailored to meet the needs of local businesses and help individuals achieve their professional goals.

The Leading with Confidence programme is suitable for both aspiring managers looking to enhance skills, or experienced leaders seeking to further develop. The College also offers leadership and management apprenticeships to combine learning with on-the-job experience alongside its Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) accredited courses from Level 3 to Level 7.

Courses stay current with the latest trends and best practices in leadership and management to ensure TSCG programs equip learners with the most current skills employers are seeking. From effective coaching and mentoring to strategic management and leadership practice, content cover a wide range of topics essential for today’s leaders.

It was during discussions at a Marketing Stockport event at Stockport College in April 2023 that an appetite for external management training more appropriate for today’s workplace was initially identified.

The first cohort of Marketing Stockport members completed their Level 3, CMI accredited Leadership & Management course, graduated in February.
