Stockport based construction company threesixty, part of the Stockport Homes Group, has launched a property management service that will support the local community
During Housing 2019, the Chartered Institute of Housing’s (CIH) conference and exhibition which took place last week, Stockport based threesixty announced a new property management service which will see the company provide full management services to landlords, office and commercial premises; schools and care homes.

Stockport Homes was voted the third best not-for-profit to work for in the UK for by The Sunday Times and the company is dedicated to changing the lives of their customers and their communities.
The company envisions threesixty’s new property management service will help threesixty to offer long-term sustainable employment to people disadvantaged in the labour market.
The full range of threesixty’s new services include: tenancy and estate management, bespoke grounds maintenance service, dispute and complaint handling, repairs and maintenance and accountancy. threesixty is now able to act as a one stop shop for property owners.
