Blossoms, a mosaic five piece recently formed in Stockport, have just confirmed a four date residency at Heaton Moor’s legendary Blue Cat Café venue.
The band, comprising of Tom Ogden, Charlie Salt, Josh Dewhurst, Joe Donovan & Myles Kellock, have just completed recording their debut single, produced by The Coral’s James Skelly at Liverpool’s Parr Street Studios, played a sold out show at Manchester’s Ruby Lounge on Friday before heading over to Sheffield for a rammed out, triumphant show at the city’s Tramlines Festival.
The band has already caught the eyes and ears of the music press – “Manchester’s Blossoms offer a lighter take on psychedelia, one that’s steeped in classic British pop songwriting” – NME
Having opened for Manchester legends James at Castlefield Bowl a couple of weeks ago, Blossoms now play four intimate shows at Bluecat Café …. on Friday 1st and 15th August and 5th & 26th September
Support on the first date comes from Velocets & The Conch
