The countdown to the opening of Redrock on 24th November has begun as the main building work has finished; fit outs are underway; the finishing touches are being made to the streets and public squares.
The restaurants and cinema are all looking forward to welcoming visitors when Stockport town centre’s new destination opens.
So what can you look forward to at Redrock?
The Light Cinema are set to take cinema viewing in Stockport to a new level. Priding themselves on treating every single one of their guests like a VIP, the new 10 screen cinema will be opening their doors in time for some of the most awaited films of the year. Visitors will be abe to sit back, relax and enjoy the films from what will be the comfiest seats in town.

At the same time, popular dining spots Zizzi and Pizza Express will be opening bringing their Italian culinary expertise to Redrock.
In January they will be joined by other cafes bars and eateries. And if all those calories need working off – where better than the new gym being opened by the Gym Group?

Cinema visitors and gym users can enjoy free parking at Redrock. With access to over 1,200 car parking spaces, bike stands galore and a new cycle hub, it’ll be easy for everyone to enjoy a day out at Redrock no matter how you travel.
