Muse strengthens North West team with Project Manager appointment

Muse, the nationwide placemaker involved in a number of flagship regeneration schemes in Stockport, has continued the organic growth of its delivery team in the North West with the appointment of Lilly Hein-Hartmann as Project Manager.

The new hire brings extensive experience in Project Management and design excellence to the business. Lilly benefits from a background in architectural design having completed two degrees and several years in place-making architecture firms before switching to Project Management.

Lilly arrives from AECOM, where she delivered complex public sector projects, such as for the Ministry of Justice, and educational capital works. This included day-to-day project management during pre-commencement of the University of Salford’s £45 million, flagship, state-of-the-art teaching facility for junior healthcare practitioners.

Prior to AECOM Lilly was a Project Manager for Rider Levitt Bucknall, where she gained exposure to large scale projects, spanning multiple sectors from European datacentres to heritage conservation, civic, hospitality and cultural projects.

Drawing on her placemaking experience across a wide range of industries, Lilly will play an important role in driving forward the delivery of Muse’s portfolio in the North West. This includes working with the University of Salford, where she will help to progress the next chapter of the £2.5 billion Crescent Salford masterplan.

Crescent is being delivered by ECF: the joint-venture partnership between Muse, Homes England & L&G – and which is also delivering the Stockport 8 neighbourhood in the town centre – alongside Salford City Council and the University of Salford.

Her work will support the University of Salford’s growing innovation and research strengths as part of the transformative 240-acre city district.
