
Stockport-based out-of-hospital healthcare provider, Mastercall, has been named as a finalist in two categories at the Urgent Health UK (UHUK) Awards 2024.
Mastercall Healthcare’s BI team are finalists in the Operational Quality and Safety Initiative category at the UHUK Awards, and have been recognised for their innovative work with MyMeta and advanced analytics. This achievement showcases the organisation’s commitment to transforming healthcare through robust data insights and forecasting capabilities. Its solution offers continuous, automated analysis of clinical performance, cost efficiency, and patient outcomes to understand at a granular level what is happening across services.

Mastercall Healthcare are also finalists for the Social Impact Award. Guided by the organiastion’s dedicated Social Value Committee, it works to foster initiatives that address critical needs, particularly in areas of social disparity. One of Mastercall’s primary focuses is tackling digital exclusion in economically disadvantaged parts of communities it services.
Commitments also extend into community well-being and support for vulnerable populations. Through partnerships with initiatives like Cracking Good Food, Mastercall has funded a meal delivery service that has provided thousands of meals to recently discharged hospital patients in Stockport and Trafford who face food insecurity. Other support spans a range of causes, including hospice care, dementia support, mental health charities, and various community organisations.

Winners at the UHUK Awards will be announced at a ceremony taking place on 5th and 6th November 2024.
