Stockport based Fairhurst Estates Ltd (FEL)’s client National Tyres has been expanding and opening new branches. In each case the FEL Estates and Building Surveying functions have worked seamlessly to identify, acquire and project manage the fit out of the branches.

New branches are now trading in towns throughout the country at Hertford, Chester-Saltney, Egham-Surrey, Borehamwood and Enfield. A relocation was successfully completed in Northampton and late in 2014, branches in Congleton and Wembley both opened for trading.
On site fit outs are currently taking place at Worcester and Bearsden, with projects due to complete on time this spring.
National Tyres are also committed to a new build, a 4000 sq ft unit on a new trade park development at Tradeworld, Rotherham. Fairhurst Estates are scheduled to project manage the new build later this year.
