Stockport-based creative branding agency, Dawn, has developed a new brand identity for Ember Estates, a North West property agency representing high-value homes and land.
The new brand reflects the business’ position in the premium property market and the types of clients it works with. Rather than operating as a traditional estate agency, Ember focuses on connecting buyers with homes and land that fit their ambitions and lifestyle.
Dawn worked with the Ember team to define the business’s character and build a brand that feels credible, confident, and grounded in the heritage of property. The new identity looks to position Ember Estates as a distinctive voice in the North West premium property market.
The design draws on references from historic property deeds and paperwork. The wordmark takes influence from traditional stone-carved typography, while a custom “E” stamp references the marks historically used on property documentation.
These elements run through printed materials, proposals and correspondence, giving the brand a recognisable and consistent presence.
David O’Hearns, Managing Director at Dawn, said:
“Ember has a clear point of view about property and the people it works with. It isn’t trying to be a typical estate agency. The brand needed to reflect that confidence and the quality of the homes it represents.”
