Stockport County is delighted to announce the renewal and expansion of its partnership with Cowgills, part of the Sumer Group, for the 2026/27 season.
As part of the renewed agreement, Cowgills will become the official sponsor of the club’s matchday social graphics for the first time.
The firm’s branding will feature across County’s starting XI, half-time score and full-time result graphics throughout the campaign, placing Cowgills at the heart of the conversation around every fixture.
The expanded partnership comes at an exciting time for Cowgills as the firm continues to strengthen its presence in Stockport. IN Accountancy joined the Cowgills family in April, bringing together its established local team and relationships with the wider expertise and resources available across Cowgills and the Sumer Group.
Having continued to operate under the IN Accountancy name following the acquisition, the Stockport-based team will officially adopt the Cowgills name from 1 October. Clients will continue to work with the same local team, supported by an expanded range of specialist knowledge and services.
The renewed partnership reflects Cowgills’ continued commitment to Stockport, its business community and the wider local area.
Ryan Green, Commercial Sales Director at Stockport County, said:
“We’re delighted that Cowgills has renewed and expanded its partnership with the Club for the 2026/27 season.
“The introduction of Cowgills as the sponsor of our matchday social graphics is an exciting addition to the partnership. These are among our most prominent and widely viewed pieces of matchday content, giving the brand significant visibility throughout the season.
“This is an exciting period of growth for Cowgills in Stockport, and we’re looking forward to continuing our relationship.”
