Commercial property award wins for MBRE

Stockport-based commercial property agents, MBRE, have been recognised for their hard work at the 2022 CoStar Awards.

The CoStar Awards recognise and celebrate the success of the UK’s top commercial property professionals. The awards use the CoStar commercial property database to carry out detailed analysis of the thousands of deals in the UK and recognise the most active agents in their respective regional markets nationwide.

Stockport’s MBRE was named Greater Manchester’s Most Active Single Branch Agency for Acquisitions and Disposals, coming top for awards based on both square footage of properties, and the number of deals. The Greater Manchester region covers deals within all ten of the city-region’s boroughs, except for Manchester city centre itself.

The agency also come close to the win in the Most Active Disposal Agent categories, again coming second in both square footage and number of deals.
