CN Chartered Accountants Managing Partner launches new venture

Andrew Baggott, managing partner of CN Chartered Accountants and CN Financial Planning has launched his new venture, CN Strategic Advisors with brother David Baggott.

CN Strategic Advisors (CNSA) provide clients with experienced advice on key milestones as part of their businesses lifecycle to help reach ultimate goals – this ranges from growth, debt financing and strategic planning through to succession, equity investment and exit.

The duo not only bring with them a wealth of knowledge, but with over 40 years of combined experience and having delivered over £1bn of value to clients, they can provide visibility of options and execute complex transactions to successful completion.

Andrew Baggott who has been advising clients for over 30 years, including over 25 years specialising in corporate finance, commented:

David has over 15 years’ experience working with owner managed and family businesses, having worked at 3 top 10 UK (and global) accounting firms. He has advised on many transactions covering sell side, buy side, MBOs and debt advisory engagements, and has delivered hundreds of million of value to his clients.  He is an FCA qualified accountant primarily covering the Northwest, having also worked in Yorkshire, the Midlands as well as a period in Brisbane, Australia.
