Cheadle based specialist lender, Together, is hiring about 100 new staff in a recruitment drive for jobs across all parts of the business.
The group, which provides mortgages and loans for individuals and businesses, is creating job opportunities across its commercial and personal finance operations, IT, marketing, and group finance, among other roles.
Hiring managers will also be spotting future talent during an open evening at its headquarters at Lakeview, Cheadle Royal Business Park on July 29th.
Kevin Fisher, People team Director at Together, said:
We’re one of the UK’s leading specialist lenders, helping thousands of individuals and businesses each year through our common sense approach to lending.
“We’ve recently posted record lending figures post-Covid as we continue to steadily grow our business over the next few years. That’s why we’re looking for more talented and driven individuals who are ready to join us – and see their careers take off.
“Even if we’re not currently hiring for your skill set we’ll be talent spotting for future roles at the open evening and shortly after the event, will be inviting people back for interviews.
“We offer a fantastic benefits package, a great office to work in, and we’ll back our colleagues all the way with the tools and support they need to succeed.”
The finance company, which was founded in 1974, provides residential mortgages and secured loans through its personal finance teams and finance for businesses, such as bridging loans and buy-to-let mortgages, through its commercial finance division.
Earlier this month, Together announced record monthly lending since the start of the first UK lockdown of £190.3million in June. Its average monthly lending was more than 17% in the three months to June compared to the previous quarter.
Together’s commercial finance division also had the largest ever monthly figure in Together’s 47 year history providing nearly 700 loans with a value of £159.6m in June.
The group runs apprenticeship and graduate programmes as well as other training and development opportunities. It also works with charities including Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital and Wood Street Mission, which supports local families in need.
The open evening is from 5.30pm to 8pm on Thursday, July 29th at Lakeview, Cheadle Royal Business Park, Cheadle SK8 3GW. Register to attend online here.
