Stockport County Community Trust is partnering with Stockport-based Simon Charles Auctioneers on a charity shirt auction to raise funds for its Kits by County programme.
The Kits by County initiative sees the club provide free PE kits to primary school children across Stockport to remove financial barriers to participation in school sport and ensure more children can get active.
The auction will feature of selection of Stockport County shirts from memorable fixtures this season, including the Vertu Home Final the Play-Offs, worn by the likes of Louie Barry, Kyle Wootton and Adama Sidibeh. Bids for all shirts start at £1, with the option for bidders to have shirts signed by players.
Funds raised by the auction will support the community trust’s ambition to deliver more than 5,000 additional PE kits in 2026 and ensure even more children across the borough can take part in physical education without financial barriers.
Bids can be placed online via the Simon Charles Auctioneers website, with bidding closing on 16th September 2026.
